Strategic thinking partnership

Clarity for people
carrying too much

A strategic deep-dive thinking partner for people in complex life and work transitions. When the picture is overwhelming, the patterns need naming — and the next step needs to be real.

Who this is for

For people who are done
pretending it's not complex

At a career crossroads

You know the current chapter is ending. You can't yet see the shape of what's next, but you feel its weight.

Holding everyone else together

You are the anchor — at work, at home, everywhere. There is almost nowhere you can speak honestly without managing the room.

In a season of rupture

Grief, betrayal, burnout, identity shift, caregiving overload. The old framework no longer holds and you need someone who won't flinch.

Perceptive and overwhelmed

You see more than most people around you. That gift has a cost. You need a space that can hold your full range — not reduce it.

The work

Three ways to engage

Each offering brings the same depth, directness, and pattern-reading to bear. The difference is structure and time horizon.

01
Deep-Dive Session

A single, focused session for people who need to understand what is actually happening beneath the surface — and leave with clarity, a named pattern, and grounded next steps.

02
Ongoing Support

A short-term container for people actively moving through upheaval, reinvention, or high-pressure decision-making. Consistent, honest, emotionally precise support for complex seasons.

03
Navigating the Room

For people asking themselves whether they're crazy — or whether something is actually wrong with the dynamic around them. At work, in teams, across hierarchies. You've been dismissed, talked over, underestimated, or made to feel like the problem. You're not the problem. Let's name what's actually happening.

These dynamics don't stay at work. The same patterns — who gets heard, who gets dismissed, who carries what — show up in relationships, families, and every room you've ever been in. If it's a dynamic that's making you question yourself, it's worth talking about.

This is not HR. Not legal counsel. Not therapy. It is honest, clear-eyed pattern recognition from someone who has lived these dynamics from the inside — and can help you see them for what they are.

How it works

Simple. Intentional. No guesswork.

01
Apply

Fill out a brief intake form. Tell me what's heaviest right now. No polish required.

02
Connect

We get on a call. I come prepared. You show up as you are. We go deep from the first minute.

03
Translate

The pattern gets named. What was fog becomes legible. You leave with language and a clearer sense of what's next.

04
Move

With grounded self-trust, not a plan that collapses under pressure. Real clarity moves differently.

"The ability to stay clear during intensity, read what is unsaid, and translate what most people miss — that is the work."

The pattern behind the practice

This work was built on years inside high-pressure environments — the kind where things are said in meetings and something entirely different is actually happening. Where the people holding everything together are often the least visible ones in the room.

That experience created a specific set of capabilities: reading what is unsaid, tracking power dynamics, recognizing the gap between what a system claims and what it is actually doing — and translating all of it into language a person can use.

Marvelous Haus is where that translates into something of your own. Not a script. Not a framework. A real conversation — honest, steady, and precise enough to matter.

Let's begin

Every session starts with an intake form. It is not a test. It helps me come prepared — and it helps you begin organizing your own thoughts before we speak.

There are no wrong answers. Rough, honest, and incomplete is fine. That is exactly the kind of material we work with.

Optional — birth information If you'd like to share your birth information (date, time, and place of birth), I may use it as one lens for pattern recognition — not prediction. Before our session, I'll look at certain placements to generate questions, not answers. It often helps people feel less crazy about recurring experiences.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this therapy? +
No. This is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions. It is a space for honest, strategically precise conversation about patterns, decisions, and transitions. If you need clinical support, I will say so directly.
How is this different from talking to a coach? +
The work here holds emotional truth, structural truth, and symbolic truth at the same time. It is not motivational. It does not reduce complexity — it translates it.
What does a session actually look like? +
We meet via video call. I come prepared from your intake form. You talk. I listen precisely and reflect back what I'm hearing — including things you haven't named yet. We end with clarity, not homework.
What's the astrology piece about? +
I am not an astrologer. I use birth chart information as a personal research tool — I look at certain placements before a session to generate better questions, not to make predictions. Sometimes what someone experiences as a personal failing is actually a chapter with a real duration — one that often maps onto where the slower-moving planets are in their chart. That context doesn't change what you're going through, but it can change how hard you are on yourself about it. You're not required to share that information, and it never drives the session — you do.
What is “Navigating the Room” exactly? +
It is for anyone who has ever walked out of a meeting, a conversation, or a situation thinking “am I crazy, or did that just actually happen?” The dynamics of who gets heard, who gets dismissed, who is made to feel like the problem — these are real and they are patterns. This is not HR consultation, legal advice, or therapy. It is honest, clear-eyed conversation with someone who has lived these dynamics from multiple angles and can help you name what you are actually experiencing.
How long will I need support? +
That depends entirely on what you're moving through. Some people need one session to get their footing. Others are in the middle of a longer chapter — a major career shift, a relationship rupture, a sustained period of pressure — and benefit from ongoing work. We'll talk honestly about what makes sense for where you are.
What if I don't know what I need? +
That's actually a fine place to start. Fill out the intake form as honestly as you can, choose “Not sure yet” for the service field, and we'll figure it out together. You don't need to arrive with the right words — that's part of what we do.
